Position	Clinic Volunteer: Hospitality
Position Description	Responsible for creating a positive, friendly and comfortable environment that promotes donor satisfaction and retention by serving refreshments to donors following their donation. Monitor donors and alert staff to any adverse reactions. Distribute milestone awards as required and help promote Canadian Blood Services’ initiatives.

Position Description	Responsible for coordinating a group of volunteers who contribute to donor retention and satisfaction. Position Description	Special promotions volunteers support Canadian Blood Services' initiatives and promote community awareness regarding Canadian Blood Services'donor clinics by distributing promotional posters to local businesses.
