Responsible for creating a
positive, friendly and comfortable environment that promotes donor
satisfaction and retention by serving refreshments to donors following their
donation. Monitor donors and alert staff to any adverse reactions. Distribute
milestone awards as required and help promote Canadian Blood Services’
initiatives. |

group of volunteers who contribute to donor retention and satisfaction. This
key volunteer position is instrumental in leading the Canadian Blood Services
