Each year at income tax time, a few evening clinics are held in which an accountant fills out your form. This free service is limited to people with a household income under $20,000. or if you have dependents, a household income under $30,000.
The Income Tax Clinic volunteers are individuals who give freely of their time to assist you in the completion of your income tax return. They have attended a training session at Revenue Canada, and were shown how to prepare simple straightforward returns.
Service can be made available throughout the year if needed.
If you are attending the clinic, please remember to bring with you the following items:

This year's blank income tax return

Social Insurance Number for you (and your spouse, if applicable) As well, you should bring all receipts of income

Canada Savings Bond interest

social assistance payments

Worker's Compensation benefits

unemployment insurance benefits
and all receipts for expenses

Also, if you are married, or common-law, you must provide your spouse's income.
